Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: The period during which the consumer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract.

Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in the course of a business or profession and enters into a distance contract with the seller.

Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel a distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Seller: Valente, the party offering products and/or services to consumers via distance selling.

Distance contract: A contract concluded through one or more means of distance communication.

Durable medium: Any tool that allows the consumer or seller to store information in a way that enables future consultation and unaltered reproduction.

Article 3 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers made by Valente and to every distance contract between Valente and a UK-based consumer.
By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer is valid for a limited time or subject to specific conditions, this will be clearly stated.

All prices and product descriptions are subject to typing and system errors.

Valente reserves the right to update pricing and product details at any time.
Article 5 – The Contract

A contract is established when the consumer places an order and Valente confirms acceptance of that order.

Valente reserves the right to refuse any order without providing a reason.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers in the UK have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original, unopened packaging.

During the cooling-off period, the product should be handled with care. It may only be unpacked to the extent necessary to assess its nature and characteristics.

Return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties or import taxes, are the responsibility of the consumer.

Items must be returned using trackable shipping. Valente is not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Article 7 – Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products customized to the consumer’s specifications.

Products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened.

Products returned incomplete or damaged.

Digital content or downloads once delivery has started.
Article 8 – Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Additional costs, such as shipping, import duties, or administrative fees, will be clearly disclosed before the order is finalized.

Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

In case of non-payment, Valente reserves the right to suspend or cancel future deliveries.
Article 9 – Delivery and Fulfilment

Valente aims to dispatch orders quickly and with care.

The consumer is solely responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Orders lost due to incorrect addresses are the consumer’s responsibility.

All delivery timeframes are indicative and not legally binding.
Article 10 – Warranty and Liability

Valente warrants that its products conform to the description and meet reasonable standards of quality.

Valente is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its products.

Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.

Valente is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the product.
Article 11 – Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, Valente has the right to suspend or terminate the contract without any obligation to compensate damages.
Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, war, strikes, transport disruptions, and actions by authorities beyond Valente’s control.

Valente will respond within 14 days.
Article 13 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by UK law.
All disputes arising in connection with these terms will be submitted to the competent courts of the United Kingdom.
Article 14 – Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Valente reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the website.
