We’re sorry to hear that something didn’t go as expected. Whether you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or you're simply not satisfied with your order – we're here to help.

Wrong or Damaged Items?

If you received incorrect or faulty items, please contact us at info@valenteamsterdam.nl so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Not Happy With Your Order?

If you're not completely satisfied with your items, you may return them within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn, unused, and

  • In their original, resaleable condition and packaging

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a full refund, excluding return shipping costs.
Items that appear used, opened, or not in original condition cannot be refunded.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging

  • Valente is not responsible for return shipping costs

  • All returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

  • You must use a trackable and insured shipping method — Valente is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments

  • A return approval form is required. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted

How to Return an Item

Step 1:
Request your return by using the contact form on our website.
Please include your order number, email address, and reason for return.

Step 2:
Ship your item(s) using a trackable shipping service. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment.

Step 3:
Receive your refund. Once we receive your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
